		Ms. Tanco manages and owns Philippine Pastries Inc. Home of BIZU Patisserie and Bistro, BIZU Private Caterer and BIZU Patisserie and Café. She started this business in 2000 and it has grown tremendously through the years. As a mother of three, she considers cooking and baking as her passion. She considers herself as a natural entrepreneur as she has previously been in several other businesses. She was the former president of Asia Knit Leader, Inc., a company that exported sweaters to the United States and Europe for ten years. She also became a buying agent for a furniture company from the US and later conceptualized a Filipino lifestyle store called the Tahanan Shop.
