Pacita U. Juan Chief Executive Officer, Figaro Coffee Company
		Ms. Juan is the business visionary behind Figaro Coffee Company. Born to a family of entrepreneurs, she grew with the family business and has established other successful businesses on her own. A graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Administration, Pacita has combined her graduate degree and entrepreneurial skills to establish Figaro and has been at the helm of its domestic and international growth since its first store almost 15 years ago. Driven by her passion for coffee and commitment to the industry, she is co-chair of the Philippine Coffee Board; pioneering programs to preserve, enrich and propagate the coffee industry. A solid advocate of Corporate Social Responsibility, Ms. Juan is President of the Figaro Foundation Corporation and a trustee of the League of Corporate Foundations. Ms. Juan was honored with the Entrepreneur of the Year award for Small Business by SGV-Ernst & Young in 2004 and has received the Gintong Aklat Award for two of her books, "Kape" and "Barako The Big Bean".
